J. Arthur Olafsen has been Chairman of Client Computing Europe and Compello since 2005 and 2007 respectively. Mr Olafsen runs his own investment business. Earlier he was one of the founders of Norman ASA, where he was CEO for 15 years. He was also chairman of Norman ASA for approximately half of the time he was CEO.
Rudolf Galligani has 15 years of senior management experience from Norwegian real estate development. He has extensive board experience, and holds a Bachelor of Science (Business) from University of Bradford.
Tore Nyhus was one of the co-founders of Compello Software AS back in 1997. Since then he has served the company partly as Chairman of the Board and partly as a Member of the Board. Nyhus is born in 1962, educated financial auditor and has 25 years experience of financial auditing, related consultancy services and board-services. He ended his career as an auditor in 2011 and is now a partner in Origo Financial Partner AS, a small family run consultancy company.
Christian Syverstad has been a member of the board of Compello AS since 2007. He has a bachelor degree from The Norwegian School of Economics (BI, 1986) and held positions as partner, owner and financial analyst ar Karl Johan Fonds (later DNB Markets) and portfolio manager at Firmament AS until 2006. Since 2006 he has been self-employed and has held positions as board-member in a variety of IT-companies including Bouvet, Software Innovation, Computas and Sysco and also within other industries including Lufttransport and Redcord. Christian is today Chairman of the board and a 9,2% owner of Etrinell AS, the owner of Compello. He is also currently a member of the board of UFIS-Airport Solutions (24,4 owned by Etrinell) and Lufttransport AS.
