    Agreement of merger with Compello Software AS

    The Boards of Directors for Client Computing Europe ASA and Compello Software AS have entered an agreement whereby the two companies will merge to form one single leading Norwegian company within invoice processing and billing control. Read the  complete press release.

    Client Computing won a large contract with Logica
    December 1st Energinet.dk signed a contract with Logica Danmark A/S on the development and delivery of DataHub (a common data repository for the energy market players). On this delivery Client Computing is selected as a subcontractor for the EDI solution. We are delighted about the contract and look forward to an exciting delivery in Denmark.

    Client Computing is launching a collaboration with iVisby Tryckeri
    Client Computing Sweden will help to complement iVisby Tryckeri AB's product catalog with an electronic document management. iVisby is now a general contractor for print, printing, binding and distribution with strong local roots in Visby. The first customer we will start up with is Gotland Energi AB (GEAB), on both B2C and B2B EDI invoice. The first invoices are supposed to reach the invoice recipients in November.

    Merger of Client Computing two Norwegian companies
    We are pleased to inform our customers and partners that Client Computing Europes two wholly owned Norwegian subsidiaries, Client Computing Utility AS and Client Computing Norway AS, will be merged during the fall. The new company name will be Client Computing Norway AS and general manager of the company will be Eivind Wingsternæs.

    Trondheim Energi Kraftsalg now with GreenInvoice Enterprise.
    Trondheim Energi Kraftsalg is a subsidiary of Trondheim Energi AS (wholly owned subsidiary of Statkraft Holding AS). The company sells electricity to customers and businesses across the country. The agreement for the B2B invoice solution goes through Metor, which is a service company with deliveries to the energy sector in the Nordic countries in measuring, accounting, billing, collection (MAFI) and system support. We are happy to have Trondheim Energi Nett as a new B2B player and look forward to a good cooperation.

    Gas sector: Leading local energy service provider utilizes NOMINT-NOMRES matching from Client Computing.
    In 2009 the Munich-based company has successfully implemented EDICOMM Professional for processing its entire market communication in the electricity sector. Since 2010 the company uses EDICOMM Professional additionally for the matching of NOMINT and NOMRES messages in the gas sector.

    Nord Pool Spot AS has selected the latest version of ECxgate and 24/7-service.
    Nord Pool Spot AS will use ECxgate for the electronic message exchange towards the financial market. Nord Pool Spot AS has also chosen to buy 24/7-service.

    Nord Pool Spot is a part of the Nord Pool Group, and is owned 20 % by Nord Pool ASA and the Nordic Transmission System. Nord Pool Spot provides a market place to producers, distributors, industrial companies, energy companies, trading representatives, large consumers and TSOs on which they can buy or sell physical power. Nord Pool Spot is the central counter party in all trades, guaranteeing settlement for trade and anonymity for participants.

    As of November 2006, more than 300 participants trade on the Nord Pool Spot market daily. Traded volumes through Nord Pool Spot in 2006 amounted to 249,8 Twh in Elspot, and 1,1Twh in Elbas. This equals more than 60 % of the total consumption of electricity in the Nordic countries.
