Zero Invoice
When your customer is entitled to a credit note, many internet banks will have a logical problem dealing with this.
The GreenInvoice for private customers offers the module Zero Invoice which solves the problem.
All invoice files we receive are being controlled for negative "to pay" amount, and the module replaces all of these with Kr 0.00,-. Thus the internet bank will accept the transaction, and the invoice will be displayed in the current invoice template with the exact ”overpaid" amount .
